Does my customer need an account to accept a quote?
No. The quote page is public at its own link. Anyone with the link can view, accept or decline it.
Send a link instead of a PDF. Your customer opens it, sees the quote, and taps Accept. No account, no printing, no scanning. An accepted quote becomes an invoice in one click.
The quote lives at a link. Every quote gets a public page that works on any phone. Your customer sees the line items, the tax for their province and the total, and can accept or decline right there. You know the moment it is opened, and the moment it is accepted.
Expiry dates that mean something. Set a valid-until date and it shows on the quote. Customers see how long the price stands, and you are not honouring a number from three months ago.
Nothing gets typed twice. When the customer accepts, convert the quote to an invoice in one click. Line items, quantities, rates and tax all carry over. The invoice is numbered, sent and tracked like any other.
A PDF when you need one. Some customers want a document for their records. Every quote has a branded PDF as well as its link.
No. The quote page is public at its own link. Anyone with the link can view, accept or decline it.
Yes. The status changes to Viewed when the page is opened and to Accepted or Declined when the customer decides.
Nothing until it becomes an invoice. Stock is deducted when the invoice is created, so a quote never ties up inventory.
The Free plan includes 5 quotes and 5 invoices a month. Conto, Libro and Mastro have no monthly cap. See pricing.
No card, no time limit on the free plan, and nothing is deleted if you leave.
