Every plan has quotes, invoices, inventory, expenses and the dashboard. Paid plans raise the caps, add seats and backups, and add the AI features. Prices are in CAD and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout for your province.

Pricing questions

How does the free plan work?

Free is $0 forever, not a trial. It includes 3 customers, 5 invoices and 5 quotes a month, and 1 seat, with inventory, expenses and the dashboard. It has no backups and none of the AI features. The invoice and quote allowance resets every calendar month, so a business that bills a handful of customers can stay on Free indefinitely.

What happens when the trial ends?

Every new account starts on a trial with no caps so you can try it on a real week of work. When the trial ends you drop to the Free plan automatically. Your customers, invoices, stock and receipts stay exactly where they were; nothing is locked and nothing is deleted.

Is tax included in the price?

No. Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. GST or HST is calculated and added at checkout based on your province, and it appears as its own line on your receipt.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrades take effect right away. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the billing period and then move to Free with all of your data intact. Payments are by credit or debit card, processed by Stripe.

Do you offer yearly billing?

Yes. Yearly billing is ten times the monthly price, which works out to two months free: $190 for Conto, $390 for Libro and $790 for Mastro per year.

Which plan is right for me?

A sole trader with a handful of regular customers is Conto: 10 customers, 2 seats, no monthly caps. A shop or studio with staff who each need a login, or anyone who wants receipts read for them, is Libro: 100 customers, 5 seats, receipt scanning and the assistant. A long customer list or a team of up to 10 is Mastro. If you are not sure, start on Free and upgrade when you hit a cap; the app tells you when you do. Ask us if you want a second opinion.
